A: Yes! Every product is crafted in small, intentional batches to ensure freshness and quality. Because of this artisanal process, slight variations in color, scent, or size may occur — that’s part of their natural charm.
Q: Do your products expire?
A: Since we use only natural and organic ingredients, our products do have a recommended “best by” date. You’ll find this date on each product label. For the longest shelf life, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Q: Why are some products discounted?
A: Occasionally, we offer discounts on products that are approaching their recommended “best by” date. This ensures you still get a safe, high-quality product at a lower price — while allowing us to restock with fresh batches and reduce waste.
Q: What does “grass-fed and finished” mean?
A: “Grass-fed and finished” means the animal was raised on a grass diet for its entire life — not just part of it. Some products labeled “grass-fed” come from animals that were fed grain in their final months, but “grass-finished” ensures they were never transitioned to grain feed. This results in higher nutrient content and supports more sustainable farming practices.
Q: Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
A: All sales are final. If you experience an issue with your product (such as damage during shipping or a quality concern), please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. While we cannot offer refunds for personal preference, we’ll do our best to make it right.
